NW hunting land

NW hunting land The Ranch is located approximately 25 miles northwest of Craig, Colorado in hunting unit 3 which coincides with hunting unit 301. The property is excellent for mule deer and antelope and qualifies for landowner vouchers on a yearly basis. The property is located directly in the path of the main elk migration for the Black Mountain herd. The land borders approximately 80 acres of BLM lands with thousands of acres of BLM lands just up the road. There are approximately 210 acres of farm ground with the additional acreage consisting acreage being in sage brush draws.
